Duties will include:
-Handle day to day tenant and landlord relations

A super independent firm in Bristol are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate for this role will have some Property Management or Lettings experience and will have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer orientated environment.

The hours for this role will be:

9am-6pm Monday-Friday
1 in 4 Saturdays with a day in lieu

There will be commission for the successful candidate which will be a team commission earned from the turnover of the office.

As a Lettings Administrator within the established Lettings Team, the requirement is for a proactive, versatile and self-assured individual. As a Lettings Administrator the main duties will include coordinating and undertaking day to day administration associated with our residential letting and property management portfolios, progression of tenancy applications and agreements this will then lead to maintaining regular contact with applicants, clients, etc.

The candidate will be a key player in setting up tenancy agreements, ensuring that procedures at all stages of the application are completed effectively and efficiently.

Smart personal presentation and enthusiasm are essential as are the abilities to work under their own initiative and communicate effectively both orally and in writing. The candidate should have good attention to detail and be reasonably computer literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Property administration experience is preferred though not essential, and whilst ARLA qualifications and up to date knowledge of relevant legislation would be a distinct advantage, these will be provided for the right candidate.

Above all else, the candidate will inspire confidence as a friendly and reliable team player who is able to work under pressure and retain a sense of humour at all times.

Ideally living locally the candidate should have, or be able to quickly acquire, a good geographical knowledge of the locality.

Working Hours:? 1 in 4 Saturday?s 9am-4pm (with lieu day in the week when you work a Saturday)
Monday to Friday 8.45am-6.00pm (with a 6.30pm finish 5 days in every 4 weeks)

Holidays: 24 days annual leave (in addition to public holidays)

Property Manager

My client is looking for an Property Manager to join their already successful team, the ideal candidate for this role will come from a strong property background and will have the ability to work well under pressure.

The areas of responsibility:
1. Management of tenancies

You will be well presented with an excellent telephone manner and will have the ability to deal with people at all levels with a calm professional approach.

Hours: 40 hours a week (some Saturday mornings ? typically 6 in 16 weeks)

Remuneration: 23 - 26K depending on experience and qualification (made up of basic salary plus monthly bonus)

Holiday: 20 days per annum (increasing a day each year of service to max of 25)

The candidate:
