An opportunity has arisen for a Tenancy Manager to join an Award Winning Independent firm in Swindon.

Key Activities:

-Compile property inventories
-Deal with associated inventory paperwork
-Deal with maintenance issues and co-ordinate property repairs
-Conduct tenant move ins/move outs at property/office
-Update utilities/council of new tenant details
-Deal with tenancy disputes and associated paperwork
-Conduct routine property inspections
Other duties as required in the successful running of the business.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday (0845 – 1730) Saturday (0900-1400)
You will be required to work one Saturday in three. Time off in lieu will be given for working the Saturday.
You will be required to act as nominated emergency out of hours point of contact on a one in six week basis.

-Hold a full UK driving license and have their own car

In this role you will help us to sell and let a large portfolio of apartments. You'll be on hand to help with customer enquiries and support a busy team and work closely with the other residential consultants and the residential manager.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to sales & rental enquiries quickly and efficiently, in a polite and informative manner.
- Maintain excellent communication and customer service levels
- Ensure key & fob stocks are organised and maintained.

Experience and qualifications:

Skills and knowledge:
- Approachable with great customer care and communication skills - both written and oral
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and to use your initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills, specifically in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills
- You must be enthusiastic and flexible with an interest in both sales and lettings. If your strengths are in one particular area, we will work with you to develop your knowledge across the two disciplines.
- You will understand that residential lettings and conveyancing process, and ideally shared ownership and shared equity products.
