An independent lettings agent based in the centre of Southampton is looking for an experienced lettings negotiator for their offices.

You will be need to be already working within the lettings industry and be looking for a position that gives responsibility when the director is away from the offices.

You will be articulate, well-presented, self-motivated, able to communicate at all levels and a real team player.

The company has a good market exposure and is looking for someone to assist in maintaining this and growing it to the next level.

In return, there is a basic salary and uncapped commission.
