One of our clients in Oxfordshire, now seeks an experienced Property Manager.
A self-motivated and diligent Property Manager is currently required by a successful private property company in Oxford.
The Property Manager will be expected to take responsibility for duties including the maintenance of properties, liaising with contractors, and ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations at their residential properties which are located across Oxford.
This position would suit an individual who enjoys problem-solving, negotiating, and dealing with relevant parties on maintenance issues.
To be considered for this position, the following requirements are necessary:
-Experience of Residential Property Management is essential.
-Previous experience of managing residential properties in Oxford will be an advantage.
-Good, current knowledge of Health & Safety regulations is essential
-Excellent negotiation skills
-A good network of property maintenance-related contacts
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Full driving licence
A genuine interest in property as well as the ability to demonstrate a proactive attitude is necessary for success in this position.
