Our client are looking for a dynamic, well organised, sales negotiator to join their growing team. The role will focus primarily on managing residential property sales their sales team have been instructed on across the UK from instruction to under offer, after which it is passed to the sales progression team. Properties can range in value from £100k to £10M with the majority of current business being from landlords selling rented properties.  You will be able to market these properties directly to their known investor base and also sub-contract local agents to market the property in the normal manner, using their proprietary agent analytics software that identifies the top performing agents in any location and price range.  Their team members do not conduct viewings or visit properties, they outsource all valuation and property visits to local agents or other service providers.  This makes the role a pure advisory role enhancing your work-life balance. You will report directly into the Head of Property. 
 
Your Key Tasks
·Marketing properties to the companies investor base
·Managing and advising clients on a multi-agent sales processes
·Advising clients on agent selection and sub-contracting agents 
·Make necessary arrangements with agents to get the property listed 
·Monitoring client listings and advising on offers received

·Liaise with Conveyancing Account manager regarding buyer/seller sign up rate at offer stage
