Commission:

-Maintain standard suites of letters and paperwork centrally
-Credit control
Arrange EPC, Gas Safety Checks, PAT testing and other regular inspections with contractors as required Respond to telephone calls and emails from tenants, landlords, contractors etc and requests from Lettings Manager following visits and inspections. From these organise necessary tasks, for example (but not limited to): ? Obtain quotations for works needed and approval from landlord as required
-Prioritise workload so that urgent tasks/actions/letters are dealt with as appropriate
-Respond to queries in a timely fashion and pass to Manager if the query requires a more senior response

Please note that duties will vary hugely, so you must be ready and willing to lend a hand wherever is needed.

-Property Administration experience is desirable but not essential

Sales Negotiator

An Experienced Sales Progressor/ Negotiator is required for a quality independent in Worcester. My client is eager to find a tenacious, organised and highly competent individual to join their thriving team.

The ideal candidate will have several years? worth of experience working with Estate Agency or as a Sales Progressor.

Duties:

-Provide a high level of customer care and service at all times to clients and customers
-Carry out Sales progression, liaising with other parties in the chain to iron out problems and achieve as swift and smooth a sales as possible for our clients
-Notify Accounts of exchange/completion dates and request invoice raised upon exchange, ensuring any additional upsells are also invoiced for i.e. mortgage, solicitors
-Handover keys for completed sales, survey access etc. with relevant permissions obtaining signatures in book where required
-Generate testimonials, passing to administrators
-Deal with incoming calls as and when required,
-Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by any member of the Senior Management Team
-Ensure all external/internal communications are dealt with promptly and are clearly documented in accordance with Head Office procedures
-Assist with any other Sales incoming calls during busy periods, taking and passing on messages as required.
-Carry out any other duties that may be required according to the needs of the business

The role will involve the following:

·Achieving all sales targets
·Proven Sales record
·Must be 100% sales focused
·Ability to use own initiative and think outside the box to achieve objectives
·Liaising on a day to day basis with customers and satisfy then exceed customer enquiries
·Generate new business in all company activities
·Build relationships with colleagues and clients
·Manage and maintain on a daily basis all administrative systems and procedures
·Liaise with clients and solicitors as appropriate to deliver excellent customer service
·Maintain a high standard of company records
·Work closely with other third party operators where appropriate to exceed customer expectations
·To communicate the Company vision and values where appropriate to all customers and third parties
