Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to join a leading Estate Agency in the Dudley area?

Due to continue growth and success, our client seeks a Sales Negotiator to join their enthusiastic team. The desired candidate will have a previous experience in Estate Agency and will have a hunger to progress and achieve.

The duties will include:

-Viewing generation
-Attending viewings
-Generating Market Appraisal
-Viewing feedback
-Vendor care
-Canvassing
-Some administration
-Offer negotiation

The Successful Candidate:

-A minimum of 6 months experience working within the Property Industry.
-Strong local knowledge of the Property Market.
