A well-known brand covering a prestigious part of Bournemouth is looking for an experienced lettings negotiator to join their team at their offices in Canford Cliffs.

Key Responsibilities
Conducting viewings
Let properties?
Manage and maintain the applicant database?and current portfolio ?
Provide applicants and landlords with regular feedback?
Facilitate a let through to move-in?
Touting and generating new business
Various ad-hoc administration office duties?
Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business?
Company expectations
Excellent organisational skills?
Excellent written and oral communication skills?
A professional, positive, and enthusiastic approach?
A strong customer focus?
Desire to meet and exceed targets - Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude?
High accuracy and attention to detail?
Ability to work on your own as well as in a team?
Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills?
To hold a Full UK driving licence
To be up to date on all Letting legislation ?

There is a competitive basic salary?and uncapped commission
28 days annual leave including bank holidays - increasing with length of service?
Office hours are 8:45am - 6:00pm,and alternate Saturday's 9:00am - 4:00pm (with day-off given in lieu).
