You will need to have worked in a Targeted Sales environment, Ideally one of the following-
·Car sales
·Phone sales
·Travel/Holiday Sales
·Call centre
·Retail
·Customer Service
 
They require:
·A well presented Individual
·Driven and determined to succeed
·Have a proven and consistent track record in Sales/Targeted Environment
·Excellent customer service skills
·Be prepared to work extra hours if required
·Open and learning mindset.

Our client are looking for a high calibre Sales Negotiator to join their busy team and are looking for somebody that shares their ethos and passion for providing superior levels of customer service.
 
Duties of the role will include:
 
- Generating Viewings
- Attending Viewings
- Vendor Feedback
- Dealing with enquiries
- Phoning out new properties
- Generating and attending valuations (subject to experience)
- Sales Progression
 
The ideal candidate for this position will:
 
- Be looking for a role that will enable you train to value property
- Have a minimum of 1 years’ Estate Agency experience in Estate Agency
- Be well-presented and well spoken
- Fully IT literate
- Able to work Full time including Saturdays
- Full UK driving license – essential
- Excellent telephone manner
 
You will be highly motivated, driven and have a natural ability to talk to people at all levels and generate business.
