A pivotal role in the office, duties will include:
 
- Booking Viewings
- Attending Viewings
- Generating Market Appraisals
- Dealing with all enquiries
- Registering applicants
- Negotiating Offers
- Viewing Feedback
- Vendor Care
- Marketing
- Some Administration
- Sales Progression
 
The ideal Candidate will have:
 
- Several Years Estate Agency Experience  although my client may consider a trainee!     
- A full UK driving license
- General administration skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong Local Knowledge
- Knowledge of Financial Services, Conveyancing and Surveys

Successful and prestigious independent estate agency in the central Exeter area with a great reputation as a quality firm to work for, seeking a Senior Negotiator / Valuer with superb earning and career potential covering the Exeter & surrounding area and salary in the region of 25-30,000 basic and OTE in the region of 45,000
 
This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join an established market leading independent Estate & Letting Agency as a Senior Negotiator / Valuer covering the Exeter & surrounding area. The role will likely be leading to the responsibility of running the sales side of the business in the near future.
 
The candidate they are looking for must be a proven business winner ideally already working in the Industry as a Senior Negotiator or Sales Manager with an outstanding track record in property sales and instructions.  They are looking for an exciting and dynamic candidate with good local market knowledge. You should also ideally have some upper end experience as this position will be dealing with all ends of the market.
 
You will be highly professional, polished and organised with a proactive and personable nature.
