My exceptional and well respected client are seeing a Senior Negotiator to join their thriving team.
 
The ideal candidate will be motivated and eager to push the business forward, come from an estate agency back ground and be dedicated to delivering exceptional standards of service.
 
Duties:
 
· Assist with the daily running of the branch
· Generate Viewings
· Attend Viewings
· Generate Market Appraisals
· Administration
· Vendor care
· Sale Negotiation
· Viewing Feedback
 
Duties will vary and you must be expected to lend a hand wherever is required.
