The Role
You will have responsibility for delivering executive level candidates to their clients. Experience and Personal Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
There is no ceiling or cap on earnings. They offer competitive basic salaries and uncapped bonuses, private healthcare, pension, mobile and extensive training. Their commission structure is based on fees that you generate whereby you will receive between 10-20% of that fee upon the candidate starting. Average fees are approximately £30,000, and range from £20,000 - £150,000.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this established Auction Brand as an Area Manager for their newly acquired region. This brand is the UK's largest residential and commercial property auction company; they sell more properties than any other auctioneer and operate more auction rooms than anyone else. They also run regular National Online Auctions with eBay style internet bidding from the comfort of client's own homes and are unique in that they are currently running the real time Livestream format.
 
Due to increased business levels they are now seeking someone that has a good geographical knowledge within the Bristol area and ideally someone who has pre-existing relationships with property sector businesses in these regions.
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities
 
As an Area Manager, you will initially be field based and working from home with an occasional requirement to visit our Head Office. The successful candidate will need to be proficient in identifying new business opportunities to self-generate auction listings and develop the brand. Ideally you will already have a network of contacts within these areas to ensure that they are able to quickly launch successful Livestream auctions within the region. 
 
Key duties will include:
 
·Identifying and canvassing sources of new auction listings
·Undertaking appraisals, converting instructions, as well as marketing and selling these through proactive negotiation
·Building new and potentially existing working relationships to maximise direct instructions, as well as those via a newly created partner agent network within the region

·To post all cash received on a daily basis from the counter book, management book and online facilities to all tenant accounts.

·Preparation of quarterly and monthly rental payments and accounting to the appropriate clients.  This involves the in-depth scrutiny of both income and expenditure to ensure that transactions are being analysed correctly.
·Computation and payment of tax liabilities in respect of overseas clients.  Reporting to HMRC and producing certificates for clients in accordance with current HMRC guidelines and regulations.
·To provide general office support for property management and residential lettings departments including typing, telephone and general reception duties, as required.
·Responsible for Branch petty cash and franking machine.
·These duties to be undertaken in accordance with “best practice” and in the best interest of the firm and its clients.

My client are a national, multi-award winning Mortgage Broker and Market leading Financial Services provider to the Independent estate agency market.
 
They have over 150 industry awards in the past 5 years and counting!
They are looking for a  Mortgage Administrator to provide administration support to their busy Mortgage Advisor's.
Duties will include:
·Keeping their clients fully aware of the progress of their mortgage application
·Liaising between Lenders, Solicitors, Sales Progressors, Mortgage Advisors and Residential Branch (Estate Agency)Managers
·Maintaining a compliant service in line with the Financial Services Authority and their obligations to/from clients under the Data Protection Act
·Updating records contained on their computer software
·Accurate filing of their paper based files, both while in progress and maintaining an accountable/traceable dead filing system 
 
We need you to be/have:
·Exceptional at customer service
·Aware of the mortgage process (would be an advantage) 
·Ideally experience within the Mortgage/Property Industry
·Professional and business-like

Financial Advisor

Our well known, respectable client is seeking an experienced, suitably qualified Financial Services Consultant to join their network. The successful candidate will be responsible for the mortgage and life policies of nine Sales offices and Land & New Homes team, on a full-time basis.
 
Principle accountabilities:
• Writing mortgages for all referred clients of in a timely manner
• Arranging life insurance policies for all referred clients
• Seeking mortgage offers to assist with current and future property purchases
 
The right Candidate will:
• Be suitably qualified in financial services
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service
• Have excellent Time Management
• Have a good Telephone Manner
• Have good communication skills both written and verbal
• Be Personable and approachable
 
Full clean UK driving licence and own car is required.
 
Offering:
• Basic salary of £30k+ pending experience, with a realistic OTE £50k/£60k+ (base on individual commission).
• Own car required with mileage paid.

Working Hours:
 Normal office hours are 08.45 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Saturday although these hours not expected but similar weekly hours allowing for the fact that we understand evening/home appointments will be needed, But the need to work with the teams dictates that being partly office based is essential
