The purpose of the role is to work with vendors, who can often be overlooked and may not receive the service they deserve.

The Vendor Relationship Manager role will be engaging solely with the vendor to fully understand their objectives, circumstances and motivations, working alongside them to get the very best outcomes.
Being the single point of contact for vendors across your own area, you will maintain an ongoing relationship and ensure they are getting the best experience possible. The Candidate:

-Experience within the property  industry – 6 months minimum
-Organised with good administration skills

-Polished and well presented
-Full UK driving licence and access to your own car

Duties:

-Viewing generation
-Market appraisal generation
-Property phone outs
-Sales negotiation
-Lettings administration
-Viewing feedback
-Canvassing
-Vendor care
-Attending viewings
-Sales progression

Please note that duties will vary and due to the nature of the business you must be expected to lend a hand wherever is needed.

Monday – Friday 8:45am – 5:30pm
Alternate Saturdays -  8:45am – 5pm (when you work a Saturday you will be provided with a day off in the week).
