·Visit properties to take photographs and /or produce a floor plan sketch in accordance with the Rics Code of practice standards and guidelines.
·Liaise with offices and vendors to arrange appointments to visit the properties or to collect keys.
·Upload your floor plan sketches and your photographs to their in-house system the same day as the appointment.

An experienced Property Manager is required to look after a large, geographically-spread portfolio.
 
Ideally NFOPP Level 3 qualified or extensive knowledge.
