This established high street brand is looking for a Lettings Negotiator that can take a Let from start to finish and therefore they will need to have good knowledge of the legal process, referencing and all other stages of Letting a property.
 
They are looking for -
·Previous experience in lettings is a pre-requisite (at least 6 months - 1 year experience ideally)
·An individual with consistency/continuity and who is looking to establish themselves in a company who with nurture their talents.

Job Purpose

Principal Accountabilities

Based on a newly acquired site, duties of the role will include:
