The role comes with a basic salary of £20,000k (based on experience) and a very realistic OTE of £30k+ once you have established the role. You will be working traditional estate agency hours of Monday-Friday and every other Saturday. The ideal candidate will come from a strong estate agency background and have experience of conducting market appraisals / valuations, sales and lettings. Property Manager

My client is a large independent agency with a strong foothold in the local sales market. With new refurbished offices they are looking to become the number 1 Estate Agency in the area. They are currently looking for a vibrant and motivated Property Manager to add to their team.
 
Some of the responsibilities required in this Property Managers role include:
 
·Collecting rent and chasing arrears
·Reporting maintenance issues and organising contractors visits
·Carrying out building inspections
·Submit reports and recommendations to landlords
·Chase gas safety, EIRs and EPC
·Keep up-to-date with notice legislation
·Excellent communication
·Be pro-active
·Ability to prioritise workload
·Full valid driving licence is essential with own car
 
Package
 
·Basic salary £22,000 per annum

·£50 per new management
·£25 per management renewal
·£100 bonus if five or more renewals achieved in one month
