Training
The position directly responsible for your training is the Team Leader and Head of Lettings. You will also receive support from Management and Board at appropriate stages in your employment.

Qualifications
It is expected that you will achieve your ARLA Propertymark Level 3 Property Lettings and Management Certificate within the first 12 months of your employment. The company provides support in the attainment of this qualification (see Staff Support for Attaining Qualifications policy).

As part of your membership to ARLA you must maintain at least the minimum requirements to meet continued membership of ARLA. The company will assist you in this through the provision of time off to attend relevant events including some or all of the financial costs associated with this.
 
Career Progression
Progression will be from Property Coordinator to Property Manager to Senior Property Manager. Progression through levels requires you to undergo a series of training, courses, exams. Senior Negotiator/Valuer

A fantastic independent firm in Kidlington are currently seeking an experienced Estate Agent who has a proven record in carrying out Valuations and winning new business.
Main Duties for the Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer Role:
• Increase the office market share and promote brand awareness for residential sales
• Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market valuations, instructions and viewings
• Maximise board presence
• Achieve pre-agreed individual and department targets
• Arrange and attend market appraisals and viewings
• Close deals
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all parties
The Individual:
• Extensive proven background in property sales
• Excellent knowledge of business development techniques, marketing and winning new instructions
• Broad knowledge of the property sales process
• Able to lead by example and inspire others
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Self-motivation with a ‘can do’ and a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
• Previous experience with a lettings/sales software would be an advantage
• Full and clean UK driving license and car for which mileage is paid
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday 8.45am – 6pm
Alternate Saturdays 9am – 5pm with a day off in lieu

Area Manager

Are you an experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager looking for the next step of your career with a company that can offer long term potential ?
 
An incredibly rare opportunity to join a market leading estate agency firm at Area manager level. The role can be adapted to suit the individual but will involve managing a minimum of 3 branches (maximum of 6). You will receive full support for the sales director and allowed time to make the role your own before overseeing further branches.
 
You will receive a basic salary circa £32k +  Car allowance with a genuine OTE of £60k + in year 1.
 
This is a real hands on role where you will work closely with the branch managers to identify opportunities and to build market share.
You will report to the Sales Director and will set and monitor KPI's across the branches for all key disciplines.
You will be able to identify where performance levels are below par and agree an action plan for success.
You must be able to lead by example and not be scared to be on the coal face at times to show how things can be done. You must be a great communicator who can support, encourage, train and mentor the team to reach their full potential. You will be responsively for recruitment and attracting the best property professionals in the industry.
You must also be au fait and comfortable with all IT and social media and be able to think outside of the box to gain an winning advantage.
