Duties:
 
1.Assist with the management of the property portfolio of managed properties in order to maximize office income including the retention of properties and clients.

3.Liaise with landlords and negotiate with contractors for works to be carried out on properties.

This busy property agent has been successfully Selling and Renting in the Spalding and surrounding areas for a number of years.  Their key to continued success is a flexible and forward thinking approach.  With an experienced and friendly team who are customer focused and offer a personal, professional and competitive service.
This  progressive brand are now looking for a professional experienced sales negotiator to join their team, due to increased business levels and selling success in the local area.
 
 
The successful candidate will be motivated,  target driven, have excellent customer service skills and MUST have a proven property sales background.
 
A full driving licence is essential as you will be expected to carry out viewings.
 
A generous salary is being offered, along with a reachable OTE dependent  on experience.
