Experienced estate agent required for an independent estate agency located in North Devon in a stunning location, who are seeking a branch manager to join their existing team, with on target earnings in the region of £34,000 per annum.
Our client is seeking someone that can provide that personal, professional estate agency expertise and advice and to make sure their customers get the best possible service at all times.
·You are responsible for your own business both in relation to profitability and business development
·To motivate, inspire and manage the team, running morning meetings and coaching sessions
·To successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible
·To keep abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of your local market developing a reputation for being an expert in your field
·To work closely with your team, downloading new properties that you have brought to the market and agreeing a suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers
The ideal candidate will have:
·An ability to build great relationships where customers really buy in to you as a person and a fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and sales
·Drive and determination together with plenty of get up and go together with pace, passion and enthusiasm!
·The ability to work hard to keep up with the challenges you will face and be focused on turning the “ordinary” into the “extraordinary”.

Five-day week including every other Saturday. Mon- Fri 08:45 to 18:00 Sat 08:45 to 4pm with time off in lieu of working a Saturday. Basic salary in the region of £25,000 with on target earnings in the region of £34,000 per annum plus mileage allowance if use of own car for business mileage.
