My client is an established and well respected residential sales and Lettings business and currently has 3 branches. They are looking for an entrepreneurial ?hands on? Manager who?s looking for a fresh opportunity and a bright future. The candidate must have a proven track record in handling experienced staff and must be able to clearly demonstrate experience at a senior level in all aspects of Estate Agency.

It is essential that you have experience and a proven track record in strategic marketing methods in order to gain market share.

You must have strong ethics and be firmly customer focussed with a positive approach to all aspects of the business and have the drive to achieve long term goals of being Number 1 in the town and motivate the staff to help achieve this.

It is also essential that you can manage a team of staff who are both experienced and strong willed and gain the trust, respect and confidence.

Essential experience in all aspects as follows:

?Working knowledge of Estate Agency software
?Be pro-active with a proven sales record.
?Strong Listings experience.
?Be able to meet targets and objectives.
?Motivate and develop staff to their maximum potential.
?Deal, in conjunction with our HR representative, with staff issues, both informally and formally. Deal with all matters relating to the employment life cycle from recruitment through to termination.
?Be aware of all aspects of the team and office.
?Be approachable and adaptable.
?Be very much a part of the team by setting a good hard working example and leading from the front.
?Must be prepared to work with and alongside the staff
?Team work is essential.
?No cap on earning potential.

They are looking for an Experienced, Dynamic, Ambitious and articulate Sales Negotiator for their very busy Estate agency based in the exciting Camberwell Market.

This established high street brand is looking for a dedicated, committed, reliable and professional Individual that is happy to prove themselves with the opportunity of running the business when the Directors choose to retire.

They are looking for -

?Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator is a pre-requisite (at least 18 months experience ideally)
?An individual with consistency/continuity and who is looking to establish themselves in a company who with nurture their talents.
?Trustworthy nature
?Confident Rapport Builder and customer service skills
?Organised and Proactive
?Good Administration skills
?Working 5 day week, including Saturdays 08:30 ? 06:30
?Car Driver with clean licence (Car allowance provided)
?Th role is available immediately

In return you will receive a competitive package including -
?Basic salary of ?18-20k (depending on experience)
?Car allowance of ?250 per month
?Generous commission Scheme offering a realistic OTE of ?35-40k

Valuations Manager

Due to increased business levels, this great independent agent in Leicestershire is looking for a valuer/ lister with at least one year experience in a similar role.

This reputable brand is looking to recruit an established valuer who can win instructions at a competitive fee level and at a realistic price. You will have overall responsibility for carrying out market appraisals, you will be passed leads from the team but must be prepared to self generate, as well as cross sell associated products such as financial services and Conveyancing.
The role is targeted on both conversion rate and fee.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in listing property, be professional, immaculately turned out and sales driven to look for business themselves, not simply be a box ticker.

This is a real opportunity to progress to a managerial listing position with a vibrant and well known brand, who are known for promoting within.

A generous salary and OTE is being offered dependent on experience.
