New Homes Sales Manager

This is a new role; reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for overseeing the company new homes sales operation and ensuring the objectives and targets set by our clients are met.
You will need residential agency experience, great communication, a drive and passion for the industry and good IT skills.
The client requires the successful candidate to be articulate, personable, hard-working and able to work as part of a team but also as an individual when needed.
The candidate should not only demonstrate they can manage and carry out directives, but going forward plan their own strategy to grow the department in collaboration with the company land department to secure forward business.
There are generous working hours and holiday entitlements, including a 5pm Friday finish.

New Homes Negotiator

An exciting opening for a highly experienced and knowledgeable Sales Executive, to join a high spec developer in Oxfordshire. They are keen to meet people able to work in the Abingdon areas This is a challenging yet very financially rewarding job, perfect for a tenacious and driven candidate. The role will be on a full time basis, with responsibility for your own development.
Sales Negotiation of new homes from both initial plans, to show homes
Liaising with mortgage advisors, solicitors and other external contacts, progressing sales through to completion.
Creating marketing and promotional material to generate sales, including promotional events
Keeping up to date with competitors prices and deals
Dealing with any customer queries up until the sale has completed
Liaising with the Site Manager to keep up to date on build
Reporting to Sales Manager with weekly updates on sales and progression targets
Helping customers choose internal and external choices, upselling when possible
Maintaining customer records, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate

Experience Required
Working knowledge of sales within the Housing market is an essential on this role
Proven success in a sales based role
Excellent customer service experience
