Prepared to work beyond normal working hours where required.

Must be extremely motivated and able to work on their own at all times.

Are you currently working in the New Homes Industry as Senior Sales Negotiator or Sales Manager level and are looking for a new role within the Industry? Our client is a highly successful firm of Estate Agents situated in the Exeter area. They are looking for talented and experienced New Homes candidates with several years’ experience in the Industry up to a senior sales negotiator or managerial level. The role will consist of winning new business and dealing with instructions from developers. You will be responsible for making sure all the processes of the business winning and development, marketing after instruction, selling of the properties or sites, dealing with the developers and purchasers and making sure all the processes run smoothly in the New Homes department. There are two possible roles, a new homes senior sales negotiator and new homes manager, both require exceptional new homes candidates with several years’ experience in the Industry. You will be dedicated and have a strong personality, excellent sales skills and be familiar with all the processes of New Homes sales and marketing.

The role will be Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota.

Salary negotiable but in the region of £40,000 OTE for a senior sales negotiator with £300 car allowance and £50,000 OTE plus £350 car allowance for a new homes manager.

As Head of Land & New, you will have the responsibility of increasing revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets, implementing agreed business plans and listing/selling new developments. You will also be responsible for leasing, development and planning of major land holdings with particular interest in acquisition, disposal of land, master planning, planning, leasing and marketing.

Key Requirements:

•Several years of relevant industry experience and have a very successful track record in the Land and New Homes sector.
•Commercially aware, have the ability to communicate professionally with developer clients at all levels and be able to grow and develop existing and new business relationships.
