An exciting opening for a highly experienced and knowledgeable Sales Executive, to join a high spec developer in Oxfordshire. They are keen to meet people able to work in the Abingdon areas This is a challenging yet very financially rewarding job, perfect for a tenacious and driven candidate. The role will be on a full time basis, with responsibility for your own development.
Job
Sales Negotiation of new homes from both initial plans, to show homes
Liaising with mortgage advisors, solicitors and other external contacts, progressing sales through to completion.
Creating marketing and promotional material to generate sales, including promotional events
Keeping up to date with competitors prices and deals
Dealing with any customer queries up until the sale has completed
Liaising with the Site Manager to keep up to date on build
Reporting to Sales Manager with weekly updates on sales and progression targets
Helping customers choose internal and external choices, upselling when possible
Maintaining customer records, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate

Experience Required
Working knowledge of sales within the Housing market is an essential on this role
Proven success in a sales based role
Excellent customer service experience

Our client is a major independent Estate Agency group.They are very successful and profitable. They are looking for a new homes sales professional to work in Aldridge. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to help find someone their dream home. If you have previous new homes sales experience then we would love to hear from you.

Duties will include:
Meeting and greeting visitors establishing good relationships and “Helping” our customers make their dream move
In addition to generating sales leads there will also be the opportunity for mortgage advice, conveyancing and other additional services
Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email or face to face ensuring we “out-passion” our competition and our clients receive the best possible service
Working towards set targets
Liaising and communicating with Developers.

You need to be:
Experienced in working on New Homes sites
Organised and driven by targets
Able to liaise at all levels with both clients and developers
Have truly exceptional customer service
Hard-working with the desire and determination to achieve your goals
Professional, organised and have a great work ethic
Confident, resilient and enjoy healthy and fun competition with your colleagues.

The person we are looking for should have some experience in new homes, be confident, enthusiastic, can work as part of a team, computer literate and flexible. The MUST is a sense of humour!

The working week will include a Saturday and week days to be confirmed.
