Sales Negotiation of new homes from both initial plans, to show homes
Liaising with mortgage advisors, solicitors and other external contacts, progressing sales through to completion.
Creating marketing and promotional material to generate sales, including promotional events
Keeping up to date with competitors prices and deals
Dealing with any customer queries up until the sale has completed
Liaising with the Site Manager to keep up to date on build
Reporting to Sales Manager with weekly updates on sales and progression targets
Helping customers choose internal and external choices, upselling when possible
Maintaining customer records, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
Working knowledge of sales within the Housing market is an essential on this role
Proven success in a sales based role

The successful candidate will:
Have previous Estate Agency, New Homes sales and customer service experience, be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement, be able to work effectively managing a team, be motivated and enthusiastic at all times, display high standards of service and presentation, have good organisational skills and demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for the growth of the department, be a car owner with a full driving licence.
