Established New Homes Developer in the South Devon area are seeking a Marketing Co-ordinator who will be responsible for creating and implementing new innovative marketing strategy to support and promote sales within the company.

Key tasks
·Collate data and prepare marketing statistics on Data from various sources including Google Analytics and social platforms
·Create a photo library or a photographer's brief where bespoke for imagery
·Co-ordinate photo shoots and interviews for press releases and case studies
·Develop and maintain the Baker Estates' Brand
·Production of brochures and marketing material
·Assist with the setup of sales & marketing suites and show homes
·Support show home launches and events
·Manage the website, advertising & social media presence

The above job description is designed to give an overview of the tasks and responsibilities for this position. The marketing department will however evolve and grow over time to meet practice and market demands. The selected individual will be expected to embrace such changes and rise to the challenge of developing their skills over time.

This is a super opportunity with great career prospects for the right candidate and salary in the region of £25-28,000. The role will be predominantly Monday to Friday but longer hours may be required when neccessary. Occasional weekend working for Marketing, Launches and Sales Events will be required.

New Homes Negotiator

Experienced new homes sales negotiator required for established and extremely sought after Estate Agency based in the Exeter area. This will be working in the New Homes department in their beautiful central Exeter office and have an expected OTE of up to £30,000 per annum.

The role will be to negotiate and administer all aspects of the New Homes portfolio, providing the highest level of customer support to clients.

To work pro-actively with the New Homes Manager and to maintain and grow the portfolio and to assist in the promotion and marketing of the properties.

Main Duties

·To pro-actively arrange viewings using in-house database and work to targets as set out by the New Homes Sales Manager

Role Objective
·To increase Stock Levels across the area
·To Develop & Maintain a working relationship with New Homes Builders.
You will be responsible for monitoring and chasing Market Appraisal Appointments, in order to support the Valuation team and provide constructive feedback in order to improve performance.
