An exciting opening has become available for a highly experienced and knowledgeable Property Professional, to join a high specification developer and be based on their development in Ashford, Kent.
 
This is a challenging yet very financially rewarding job and is perfect for a tenacious and driven, Property Professional that wants a new challenge.
 
The role will be on a full time basis and you will be responsible for your own development.
 
Job
Sales Negotiation of new homes from both initial plans, to show homes
Liaising with mortgage advisor's, solicitors and other external contacts, progressing sales through to completion.
Creating marketing and promotional material to generate sales, including promotional events
Using proactive methods including Social Media to attract buyers
Keeping up to date with competitors prices and deals
Dealing with any customer queries up until the sale has completed
Liaising with the Site Manager to keep up to date on build
Reporting to Sales Manager with weekly updates on sales and progression targets
Helping customers choose internal and external choices, up selling when possible
Maintaining customer records, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate


Experience Required
Previous experience within Residential Sales or New Homes Is essential
Proven success in the Industry
Excellent customer service experience
Driven and Proactive
Well presented
Professional Manner
Knowledge of the local area is ESSENTIAL
 
Hours
5 day working work from Thursday to Monday
You will have Tuesday and Wednesday off every week
There is some flexibility on the hours of work, you can either work -
9.30am - 4.30pm OR 10am - 5pm
 
Salary
Basic Salary of £25,000
Commission structure to be discussed based on an amount per completion offering a Realistic OTE £40K

Responsibilities:
·Provide development consultancy advice through pricing reports and research analysis
·Have an in depth understanding of and insight into the local property market
·Identify new business opportunities and prepare and attend pitches to developer clients
·Track and/or collate comparable evidence and market research data
·Cross discipline working with other departments especially Development, Land and Residential
·Manage live sales sites including co-ordinating marketing campaigns and client reporting
·Attend client meetings and recommend sales strategy through life of the development
·Maintain records and data on in-house systems and generate new applicant leads
·Follow health and safety and compliance procedures at all times
 
Key Skills
 
•           Previous New Homes experience is essential.
•           Excellent communication and customer service skills
•           Accurate, numerate and computer literate
•           A team player with excellent organisational skills
•           You must have a full UK driving licence and own car
•           Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
•           Able to motivate others to achieve their targets
•           Well Presented and Well Spoken
