Senior Negotiator

This role will suit someone with a background in New Homes and/or Estate Agency and who thrives in fast paced environment.
 
The Role:
 
You will be the primary point of contact for prospective buyers across the full suite of sales products, guiding buyers through the process from initial enquiry to handing over their new home and after sales support.
 
To be the main revenue producer within the sales team, meeting sales targets by working closely with mortgage providers, surveyors, solicitors and buyers ensuring the group achieve set completion deadlines.
 
To assist the manager with preparing new developments for launch, including; legal site set up, kitchen/bathroom design & fitting choices, digital and traditional marketing campaigns, liaising with suppliers and anything else which would reasonably be expected of the role.
 
Experience / Skills:
 
Proven success in New Homes Sales with a developer or Estate Agent
The ability to build relationships and deliver sales in a target driven environment
Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
The ability to manage the day-to-day tasks while pushing through barriers or obstacles to achieve outstanding results whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Excellent IT skills
Current active UK driving license and access to a private motor vehicle for work use.
The flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Problem solving and decision making skills

Head of Land & New Homes

A rare and exciting opportunity to join a well established Property firm in Bristol.
 
Looking for a Land and New Homes Manager, they are keen to find an experienced candidate to help drive forward and develop this side of the business with the main function being to build and manage the New Homes Department
 
Duties of the role will include:
 
·Researching and identifying new sites
·Pitching for and winning new sites
·Forging relationships with developers
·Providing an effective sales and marketing service to clients
·Working closely with the MD with regards to business plans and strategies
·As the department grows, recruiting and managing a team
·Keeping an accurate database
 
The ideal candidate:
 
·Previous Land and New Homes experience essential
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
·Ability to deal with people at all levels
·Well organised, numerate and able to work to targets and deadlines
·A team player
·Full driving licence
