It is essential that you have experience in Estate Agency and knowledge of the New Homes Sector. The ideal candidate will be a Manager or Valuer looking to work in a field sales role. You will provide management within the New Homes team to effectively delegate responsibilities within New Homes and across the wider branch network. You will be responsible for exploring all New Homes opportunities within the region and develop positive relationships with key personnel in the New Homes industry. A well presented and articulate candidate with a full driving licence is also essential.
