A reputable lettings firm in Exeter are looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator to work in their residential lettings department, paying up to £18,000 per annum for an experienced person.

The right individual will be well presented, driven and extremely articulate and have an excellent work ethic. As a Lettings Administrator you will be talking with both landlords and tenants you will need to be able to confidently communicate via telephone and face to face. General computer skills are essential and attention to detail is crucial as you will be dealing with all aspects of lettings administration including preparation of tenancy agreements.

You will be happy to work to deadline and strive to offer an excellent customer service to all clients. The role will be covering various aspects of residential lettings administration, repair and maintenance admin and dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone.

Experience in Lettings is essential for this role as you will responsible for the day to day operations in the absence of the Lettings Manager.

They are looking to recruit a part time Property Management Assistant to enhance the team.


To respond to, follow through and ensure completion of all tenant property maintenance.

Liaise with Contractors, Landlords and Tenants regarding on-going issues providing updates regularly.

Arrange gas certificates, electrical certificates, pat testing and legionella risk assessments.

Arrange maintenance quotations and instructions to Contractors.

Processing of all property management related invoices.

Carry out periodic property inspections.

Carry out property inventories, check outs and move in inspections.

Provide monthly maintenance reports for the Senior Property Manager.

Arrange for property keys to be cut when required.

All other property management and maintenance related administration.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

The company are looking for someone who can commit to every Saturday with flexibility in the week with a total of around 20-30 hours to suit and by mutual convenience.

In return you will receive a basic salary of between £15-18k pro rata dependent on experience. The successful candidate will have Property management experience and be able to hit the ground running.
