Junior Lettings Adminstrator

£18000 - £20000 per annum

A highly successful, property management company are seeking a Junior Lettings Administrator to join their friendly and professional team based Rickmandsworth.

The successful Junior Lettings Administrator will be responsible for supporting the team in a range of administrative duties including, but not limited to:

*Dealing with tenants and landlords at the pre -tenancy stage and taking them through the lettings process to move in day

Responsibilities include:-
·Overseeing the management of a portfolio between 80 and 130 properties
·Arranging 6 monthly inspections.
·Issuing and serving Section 21, 13 and 8 notices and attending court as necessary.
