Senior New Homes Sales Specialist
One of the best known and highly respected firms in the area are looking to recruit a Senior New Homes Sales Advisor to oversee a variety of exciting developments. The brand is forward thinking, dynamic and successful. You will work alongside the Land and new Homes Director. You will be based in the office and on site and working Monday - Friday 08:45 - 17:30 and Saturdays when required (site openings etc.).
·Provide development consultancy advice through pricing reports and research analysis
·Have an in depth understanding of and insight into the local property market
·Identify new business opportunities and prepare and attend pitches to developer clients
·Track and/or collate comparable evidence and market research data
·Cross discipline working with other departments especially Development, Land and Residential
·Manage live sales sites including co-ordinating marketing campaigns and client reporting
·Attend client meetings and recommend sales strategy through life of the development
·Maintain records and data on in-house systems and generate new applicant leads
·Follow health and safety and compliance procedures at all times
·Contacting existing clients and chasing leads
Key Skills
•           Previous New Homes experience is essential.
•           Excellent communication and customer service skills
•           Accurate, numerate and computer literate
•           A team player with excellent organisational skills
•           You must have a full UK driving licence and own car
•           Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
•           Able to motivate others to achieve their targets
•           Well Presented and Well Spoken

They are seeking a driven candidate who is seeking an opportunity to significantly develop their technical and personal skills, in a positive and dynamic agency team. Whether you have recently graduated, or a graduate with a few years’ experience in this field, this is an outstanding opportunity, that is both an interesting and varied. The role offers great exposure to, and involvement with, current and forward land and development sales and acquisitions. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and administrative skills, a good understanding of the planning and development process and have an eagerness to learn quickly and swiftly progress.
The role:
·Develop and maintain a land and development appraisal system, including investigating and reporting.
·Assist in developer and landowner communications.
·Assist with the preparation of sale details, sales information packs and acquisition bids.
·Ensure an efficient database is maintained of current and forward land and development opportunities.
·Work and monitor development plan progress and assist in making representations.
·Research the planning history of development sites, collate information and provide appropriate advice.
·Regular liaison with external bodies such as local authorities, health authorities, local agents, landowners, developers, and consultants
