My client is a major property company with a Nationwide presence. They are looking for a Regional Area Financial Services Manager to work closely with their Mortgage Advisors and support them via a development programme designed to ensure they write the correct quality and volume of business including all relevant cross sales.

You must have previous managerial experience. You will have the ability to motivate others. You will have a proven background of mortgage advice and sales. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be hard working and focused.

My client will provide a competitive salary depending on experience with an OTE of £55k plus company car or allowance plus other benefits commensurate with a position of this seniority.

Sales Negotiator

Successful independent Plymouth Estate Agency have an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales Negotiator with OTE around £20-22,000 pa.

You will be registering new clients, sales progressing, organising viewings, liaising with solicitors, vendors and applicants and be highly confident with the ability to work to targets and hungry to succeed. The role, as sales negotiator, will be in and out of the office with viewings when required.

In return you will receive a competitive basic salary, commission structure with OTE of around £20,000 depending on experience and mileage allowance.

Hours Monday to Friday 8.45 - 5pm (one night until 5.30pm) and one in four Saturdays.

Our client, a market leading & award winning mortgage broker is seeking a fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser and you will be working within their established network of introducing estate agency offices.

This excellent opportunity has arisen as a result of continued aggressive & dynamic growth plans.
