The responsibility of the Business Manager is to drive business activity in the branch, maximising the overall income and profits and ensuring all sales targets are being met.
 
Main responsibilities:
 
- Manage a team and ensure targets and performance are met
- To coach and develop your team
- To ensure a friendly, honest and efficient attitude is maintained towards customers at all time
-? To win new business and grow market share
- Understanding the local market and competition
 
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous estate agency experience ideally at management level
- Be target orientated with a proven track record of achievement
- Be enthusiastic and motivated at all times and able to lead by example
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be highly organised, with the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
- Display high standards of service and presentation
