An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Lettings/Sales Negotiator to join a well established and busy multi office brand of estate agents in the Lincoln Area.
Our client is a reputable brand who is extremely passionate about what the service they offer and their reputation. They are now looking for a like minded individual with experience in property sales and lettings processes and current legislation.
1. Personal performance, conduct and presentation. 2. Achieving personal targets as pre-agreed with the franchisee, whilst aiming to promote the long-term growth of the company. 3. Providing a high level of customer service to all clients.
Register applicants and match applicants to properties. ? Arrange and attend viewings. ? Supervision of an effective applicant database, ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective tenants and buyers. ? Achieve pre-agreed targets ? Liaise and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants. ? Liaise and negotiate offers between vendors and buyers. ? Communicate with landlords and vendors in regards to marketing feedback, viewings and hot prospects. ? Provide practical solutions to landlords and vendors with regards to achieving a prompt let/sale. ? Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions and viewings. ? Generate leads and referrals for financial services. ? Generate leads and referrals for conveyancing. ? Maximise board presence and promote brand awareness at all times. ? Canvassing / leafleting to seek new business opportunities, including targeting competitors. ? Signing up tenants and assisting/working through the whole tenancy check in process. ? Ensure all lettings offers are accepted, all terms agreed and application forms are completed in full by prospective tenants. ? Communicate with vendors and put forward offers from buyers and agree terms with clients. ? Progress transactions accurately and efficiently. ? Maintain office systems/software and working procedures ? Efficient diary management. ? Correctly record all messages, viewings and appointments. ? Produce activity reports as required. ? Bring complaints to the attention of your Line Manager immediately. ? Build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, customers, clients and suppliers. ? Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewings for both lettings & sales within various markets. ? Canvassing and leafleting to seek new business opportunities, including targeting competitors. ? Maximise board presence and promote brand awareness at all times. ? Attending network events. ? Maintain and increase agreed fee levels. Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and provide a first-class level of customer service at all times. ? Ensure that you are fully aware of and comply with all regulations for General Data Protection & Anti Money Laundering. ? Attend all meetings and training courses as required by your Line Manager. ? Inform your Line Manager of ideas which may improve performance and efficiency. ? From time to time perform duties outside of this job description reasonably requested of you.

To operate within the confines of the latest housing legislation. ? To operate to the standards set by our regulatory bodies.
