An established and well-known independent estate agent is looking for an energetic and experienced estate agency sales negotiator to join their team in Petersfield.
 
This position has been created due to increased business levels and would be ideal for a person who has estate agency experience who is looking to join a professional and successful agent within the area.
 
As previously mentioned, you will need to be working within the estate agency industry to be considered for this role.
 
The ideal candidate will be driven and ambitious, be articulate and hard-working, be used to generating new business for the company, have experience of generating and completing viewings and be immaculately presented.
 
In return, there is a basic salary of up to c.£20,000 (DoE) and uncapped commission giving an OTE in the region of c.£30,000.

• Choose your own working day attending all appointments as arranged (e.g. valuations)

What you will need
• In depth knowledge of the local property market; everything that’s currently on the market; what’s coming new to the market each week; who the local market leaders are and why
• Strong valuation experience with effective communication skills
• Exceptional integrity, flawless etiquette and reliable punctuality
• A strong desire to run your own successful business
• Computer literate (a bit of a techie)
• 2 years + Estate Agency experience, minimum of 6 months valuing within that.
• Driving license and own car
