MAIN DUTIES:

REQUIRED SKILLS:
The successful applicant will:
Have a good experience within residential estate agency

- At the termination of the tenancy to carry out the final inspection/inventory check and organise any necessary remedial work to restore the property to a rentable condition as soon as possible. Liaise with landlord and tenant to gain agreement regarding the return of the deposit balance.
- Assist with the accounts for the office
- Other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the branch and company.

THE TEAM
The role will sit within the Property Team.  You will work in their Bicester, Oxford office alongside the Head of Property.  You will also be required to come to their Head office in Victoria, London from time to time where the CEO and other team members are currently based.  Oxford will be at the heart of the Property team.  
 
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 
·Working directly alongside and supporting the Head of Property
·Managing multi-agent sales processes for their clients
·Agent selection for sub-contracting their clients to, monitoring client sales, updating vendors on their home sale process and ensuring vendors ultimately sell
·Explaining to new leads how they work and signing them up as customers
·Fully office based: they do not do valuations, or home visits, they sub-contract sub-agents to do that.
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
·A good understanding of sales negotiation and transaction from agreed sales to completion
·2+ years as a sales negotiator or other relevant property experience
