New Homes Sales Negotiator

£16000 - £30000 per annum


This successful and progressive brand require an exceptionally personable, upbeat and experienced sales consultant to work on an exciting new development within Lincoln.
The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating with potential purchasers throughout the new homes purchase process. They will be required to work 35 hours per week, Thursday to Monday . The role includes weekend and Bank Holiday working, therefore they must be flexible.
Qualifications / Experience
The successful candidate will preferably have previous experience in estate agency, in particular new homes sales, and achieving set targets.
Skills
The successful candidate should be enthusiastic about sales, possessing the ability to combine strong organisation and communication skills, will also be confident and self-motivated along with the ability to deliver high levels of customer service. They should have a positive 'can do' approach and be able to work both independently and within a team.
There is a Competitive salary on offer dependent on experience, there is also a generous commission package and Pension.
