Looking for an experienced Property Manager, responsibilities of the role will include:
 
- Dealing with all maintenance issues that arise and raising works orders/managing Tenant/Landlord expectations and keeping all parties up to date

- Consistently maintain a high standard of record keeping, update and maximise the use of databases to ensure accuracy in file management, communications and compliance.
- Maintain a working knowledge of compliance information such as Landlord and Tenant/Tenancy Law and Money Laundering.

An opportunity has arisen to join one of the largest Independent Estate Agencies based London, E1.  They are now looking for an Administrator to join their busy.
 
The main duties will be:
·General office administration  
·Office Support
·Marketing and social media
·Updating TV displays & property details
·Attending Viewings – If needed
·Dealing with Enquiries – Phone calls/Emails/ Walk In
·Registration of Applicants
·Liaising with Vendors, Solicitors and Potential Buyers/Renters
·Providing Exceptional Customer Service
·Assisting as support to help the other team members
·Supporting the Director with data organisation/administration paperwork
 
The ideal candidate will have:
 
·A Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an Estate Agent 
·Full UK Driving License & car 
·Dedication and Strong Motivation skills

·Passionate about the Property Industry

·25 Days Holiday
·9:00am to 6pm Monday to Friday
·Saturday’s on request to replace a day in the week if needed.
