To work alongside the Serviced Accommodation Manager, in the Serviced Accommodation department. This is a hybrid role of business development, sales and marketing offers a great opportunity to develop a number of skills in a number of different areas.
Speaking to clients and companies on a local & national level. The role will include building relationships with other serviced accommodation providers, increasing business & revenue in key city locations around the UK, help with brand building, but also be expected to help in other roles within the department as and when help is needed, this will include taking bookings, speaking to tenants/cleaners/block managers, organizing events, and contributing ideas and suggestions to drive successful campaigns.
A good clear and professional telephone manner essential and although predominately office based in Chester, a driving license would be ideal due to the potential of having to travel to meet clients.
