An experienced property professional who is currently exploring new opportunities across the Worcestershire region, ideally within a Valuer or Branch Manager position.

Currently operating at Branch Manager level, he brings several years of estate agency experience across both sales and lettings, with a strong background in valuations, business development, team management and driving branch performance.

Property experience includes:

• Currently overseeing sales performance across multiple branches, each with individual targets and objectives.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase market share, instructions and overall profitability.
• Managing and mentoring branch teams while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Previous experience managing a lettings department and a team of negotiators.
• Strong track record of generating new business and growing property portfolios.
• Experienced in conducting valuations, winning instructions and advising vendors on pricing and marketing strategies.
• Confident negotiating offers and progressing transactions from instruction through to completion.

He is now looking to bring this experience to an established independent or corporate agency within the Worcestershire area.

He is ideally seeking a package in the region of £35,000 basic salary plus commission.
