- Responsible for managing and supporting the sales team, focussing on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of office processes and ensuring correct protocols are being followed.
- Touting new business, carrying out sales and rental valuations as well as occasionally carrying out high-end sales viewings.
- Taking on and listing properties, responsible for creating a strategy that allows the sales team to create and finish property details within 24 hours of the initial take-on.
- Negotiating offers, agreeing sales, and overseeing the progression through to completion.
- Building relationships with high-net-worth clients with multiple properties, securing present and future business across rentals and sales.
- Ensuring job satisfaction across the team and dealing with staff issues with a compassionate manner.
