We have recently registered a high calibre experienced candidate that is seeking a new challenge and seeking a Property Management position.

 

After spending the last 8 years working within an Housing Management role, this candidate feels that with all their experienced gained, they are now ready to step into a Property Management position within Estate Agency.

With key previous experience as follows-

  • Tenant Support & Relations
  • Managing and overseeing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Rent collection and arrears management
  • Tenancy Enforcement
  • Conflict resolution.

These are just a small number of duties carried out in previous roles.

Seeking a salary of £32,000.

Holds a full UK driving licence.
