Having spent 20 years living and working in Australia mainly within residential and commercial property management, this candidate returned in early 2024 and is now seeking a new role after covering a 12-month maternity leave within property management. He is looking for a part-time position, three days per week, within Property Management or Administration.

  • Ensuring assets were managed to maximum efficiency
  • Minimising void periods and ensuring full market rents were achieved
  • Managing tenant relationships and providing excellent customer service
  • Overseeing the income and service charge budget for each asset
  • Ensuring all sites were maintained to a high standard and complied with health and safety legislation
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries related to the assigned portfolio
  • Conducting viewings of vacant properties within the portfolio
  • Preparing Heads of Terms and Tenancy Agreements
  • Negotiating leases directly with existing or prospective new tenants, agents, or solicitors
  • Drafting and issuing S25 notices and negotiating lease renewals in line with set parameters
  • Handling other lease events such as surrenders, assignments, and variations
  • Managing the dilapidations process for lease expiries
  • Conducting weekly inspections of vacant properties
  • Managing the service charge budget for each site within the portfolio, including contractor management for routine maintenance and project works
  • Conducting periodic inspections of a retirement living portfolio across England

The candidate is seeking a wage between £13.50-£14.00 per hour and holds a full UK driving licence.
