He began his career in 2018 with a large corporate firm where he developed his career and honed his skill. He progressed through the ranks and made a name for himself as a successful and customer focused lettings manager with a keen eye for detail. He was then quickly snapped up by a local competitor and became a lettings manager.
He is currently working with another large corporate firm. Whilst he has produced an award winning and profitable office his vision of customer service doesn’t align with that of the company and he is therefore looking for a new role.
Current responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of 8 people within the lettings department, which includes front end and property management department.
- Maximizing profits within the business through bringing new business into the company.
- Processing and acting upon P&L accounts, again maximizing profit.
- Coaching and developing new starters and more experienced member of the team.
- Carrying out monthly 1-2-1s and putting development / training plans in place if necessary.
- Adhering to and exceeding strict KPI targets.
- Carrying out effective morning meetings & inspiring the team for the day ahead.
