• Portfolio 1: Oversight of approximately 500 units across 27 sites — one of the company’s highest-revenue portfolios.
• Portfolio 2: Management of 4 high-rise, high-risk buildings totalling around 470 units. Active projects include cladding remediation, a £200k fire alarm installation with interim measures, a £4 million window remediation programme, and compartmentation works.
• Team Leadership: Line management of two on-site staff, including performance oversight and day-to-day coordination.
• Client Relations: Regular liaison with Directors of Resident Management Companies, ensuring expectations are met and communication remains transparent.
• Contractor Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure smooth project delivery.
