Current duties include:
- Generate market appraisals and convert to instructions.
- Ensure that all appropriate systems and controls as required by the company are implemented and followed to effectively manage key risks and maintain the necessary standards.
- Work closely with the Regional Director and Financial Services Director to drive activity towards the achievement of the company’s business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators, identify trends and where necessary develop and implement initiatives to improve these.
- Champion the sales process and ensure that all colleagues embrace and follow this process, promoting a consistent, high-quality customer-focused approach.
- Work closely with the Regional Director and Training Managers to ensure the team development needs are identified and acted upon.
