Having worked for a well regarded and highly established independent estate agency firm for 7 years he has gone as far as he can go. Having taken a short time off to travel he is available immediately and looking for a fresh challenge with a company that can offer long term potential.

• Valuing residential property – meeting with home owners to carry out market appraisals which often involves competing with other estate agents to clinch business.
• Listing properties – if a client agrees to instruct us to market their property: responsible for photographing the property and taking details ready for marketing. He also enjoys creating up and typing the descriptions of the properties showing a flair for creativity.
• Viewings.
• Negotiating and Office work/admin – speaking on the telephone, building rapport with clients/solicitors, it is vital to have effective communication skills.
