I’m Alexis Mead.
Together with my father, Alan, we’ve created a flexible and rewarding way for people to run their own recruitment business, specialising in the property sector.
We’ve been doing this since 1995, and in that time, we’ve helped over 14,000 people find new roles in the property sector.
And along the way, we’ve also helped people like you start something of their own, whether on a full-time or part-time basis, with full support, tools, and training.

Recruitment has changed a lot. Technology now plays a considerable part, and more people are working from home than ever before. That shift has created a space for people to run businesses on their terms – without a long commute, without office politics, and with our help, without having to start from scratch.

Whether you’ve worked in recruitment before or not, we give you everything you need. Many People who join us have no prior industry experience – we train, coach, and guide you every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be helping people find new careers in the property sector and assisting companies in finding great staff.
You won’t need to chase people or make cold calls. Instead, you’ll be responding to genuine interest – people reaching out to you, not the other way around. Our automated systems do the heavy lifting, so you can focus on building relationships and placing the right people in the right roles.
Getting
Started
You can start part-time or full-time, whatever suits your situation. Our entry-level package starts at just £2,800 and includes induction training and ongoing support. From there, you can choose to grow into one of our complete franchise packages, where we allocate you a protected territory and help you build something long-term.
