AMR step-by-step recruitment process.

A comprehensive and proven recruitment system.

Candidates are kept fully informed throughout.

  • Candidate enquiry stimulates initial contact with AMR consultant.
  • Potential candidate submits curriculum vitae (CV) to AMR consultant.
  • CV received and a meeting with AMR consultant arranged.
  • Candidate completes and signs AMR application form.
  • During meeting, plan of action agreed between AMR consultant and candidate.
  • AMR consultant undertakes candidate to vacancy matching process and also matches candidate with “client companies” considered suitable for candidates’ requirements, but where no “open vacancy” exists.
  • AMR consultant liaises with candidate on appropriate, vacancies and/or opportunities, with suitable matches being agreed.
  • AMR version of candidate CV submitted to matched client with “vacancies and/or opportunities”.
  • AMR consultant liaises with clients to arrange suitable interviews.
  • Following interviews AMR consultant obtains feed back from candidate and client. (If unsuccessful returns to step 5)
  • SUCCESSFUL. Job offer made via AMR consultant, package and start date agreed.
  • Candidate resigns current role (if applicable) and commences employment.
