If so, this could be the right opportunity for you. Our client is a family-run company covering all aspects of residential property specialising in selling and letting property in South West London. They are looking for someone with proven residential lettings experience (at least 3 years) and strong customer service skills to fill the role of Lettings Negotiator at their office in Earls Court, London SW5.

The role will entail managing all aspects of Lettings including initiating, carrying out and closing deals, achieving monthly sales targets, interacting with landlords, vendors, applicants and the general public.
