Our client is a leading Property Group who specialise in providing investment property to their investor clients. They are actively buying and have an opening for a Property Buyer for the Yorkshire Region to source suitable properties for their investor division.

You will be responsible for everything from sourcing and evaluating potentially viable properties to offering opportunities.

The scope of the role will extend but will not be limited to the following:

Pro-actively liaising with property agents across Yorkshire to identify suitable opportunities.
Conducting all due diligence on acquisition targets.
Building relationships and continually networking with contacts and potential sources of new business.
Producing detailed feasibility studies on potential properties and presenting these to the directors.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this position must have a network of contacts within the region and within the property industry, as well as a minimum of 3 years property experience.

The role requires a highly diligent and ambitious individual with exceptional negotiation skills as well as the ability to correctly assess the feasibility of target properties. A keen business sense, attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills are essential traits in the successful candidate.
