The role requires an exceptionally positive, hard working and dynamic estate agent who is not scared of hard work.

This office has a huge turnover, a large team, market dominance, a great pipeline and really needs a first class operator to continue the success that has already been generated, and indeed build on it.

This is a hands-on branch management role where you will be required to hold morning meetings, motivate staff, set daily targets as well as list property at respectable fees and maintain the current high standards associated with this company. All in all a traditional estate agent role.
