SENIOR NEGOTIATOR

An experienced Senior Sales Negotiator is required by a dynamic property company to work within their Sales department

This is an excellent job opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven candidate to join a vibrant sales team within a successful and well-respected company. It is imperative that the candidate is capable of hitting the ground running and must have the desire and determination to succeed in one of Worcestershires most competitive residential markets.

As expected of such a role, the successful candidate will be responsible for actively winning new business, dealing with new enquiries, co-ordinating viewings, handling negotiations and progressing sales to timely completions.

The following are essential requirements for this job:

Minimum 2 years experience of residential property sales
A confident telephone manner
Ability to communicate at all levels
A strong target-focus
A valid Driving Licence
Impeccable personal presentation
