Robin has joined AMR after climbing the career ladder in Estate Agency and over a number of years, ultimately working at Branch Management level. After changing careers twice himself, via AMR, as a candidate, and then going on to also use AMR for recruiting staff, as an employer. He had seen both sides of the coin and became keen to get involved with a company that he believes, “provides very high levels of professionalism”. Having been described as ‘A Leading Property Expert’ both during and following his many interviews on local BBC radio, he is also well aware that the right people are key to running a successful business. He is now “on a mission” to make sure that this becomes the case across the North East of England.
