Alexis joined AMR in the summer of 2001 and quickly established herself of one of its top performers. She became a franchise holder in July 2004 and once again quickly established her region, the West of England, as one of the group's best. In January of 2010, she succeed her father and founder of AMR (Alan Mead) into the role of Group Managing Director. Married and with a daughter born in 2003, she retains her family surname to ensure continuity in the business.

Eternally busy, and with a work ethic of 'don't put off until tomorrow what can be done today', her aim now is to ensure that the group maintains AMR's already high level of service.
