The AMR Group is franchised. Therefore everyone, our Main Board and its Regional Directors, are self employed. Collectively, if we don't make it happen for you, we don't earn.
Main Board Directors are:
Alan Mead - Group Chairman & Founder (front)
Alexis Mead - Managing Director (back left)
Paul Organ - Director of Tech, Marketing & Media (left)
Portia Oliver - Director of Finance (back right)
Chris Oliver - Director of Corporate Accounts (right).
Before launching AMR in 1995, Alan had previously worked in Estate Agency for over 20 years, progressing from Negotiator to Regional Director.
All of our main board have also worked in Estate Agency and for both Corporate and Independent companies. We therefore fully understand what’s required to be successful in this demanding workplace.
